The easiest one to start
0.22 Acres in Interlachen — Three minutes from the main road, right in the middle of town.
Mobile home, tiny home, container home. All three are allowed here, so you do not have to call anybody to find out. You can even put up two doors and rent one side.

One more thing Shameka asked about. Pay the balance off within twelve months of your down payment and you pay the cash price, not the terms total. No penalty. That is real money back in your pocket.
It also gets you the deed faster, and the deed is what the county wants before it will hand you a building permit.
