NW Southern Oak Ter, Jennings — 1.1 acres with the same growing freedom and the lowest cash price of the three. The roads stay maintained year round, which matters when you drive down a few times a year. $999 down, $405/mo.
Both Jennings lots come in a little under the acre and a half Simon asked for. I told him that straight. What you give up in size you get back in what you are allowed to do on it.
