I sent her three lots in Interlachen where a mobile home is welcome. The biggest one has since sold. So here is the one I would put in its place, plus the two she still has.

Quiet 0.38 Acres, Interlachen — Tucked in the woods, in the quietest part of the neighborhood. Room for the home, a yard, and a place for the kids to run. No HOA. Palatka is 20 minutes away. $249 down, $330/mo.
0.38 acres in Interlachen. Mobile homes welcome. $249 down.
Norman Ave, Interlachen — A quarter acre in the forest. Leave most of the trees up and tuck the home in the shade. This is the one closest to her $200 a month. $199 down, $219/mo.
Jasovy asked for two acres. These are smaller, and I told her that straight. What they give her is the one thing she cannot bend on. Her home is allowed here.
One thing to know before you buy the home. The home goes on after the land is paid off. That is when the deed is yours.
